EVENTS

Event photography coverage is offered at $300 per hour. This includes professional coverage of your event, thoughtful attention to candid and key moments, and a curated online gallery of high-resolution, fully edited images delivered within a timely turnaround. Additional hours may be added as needed to ensure your event is documented seamlessly from start to finish.
Important Info
Cancellation/ Reschedule
I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your shoot within 48 hours of the scheduled coverage, a $150 cancellation fee may apply to help cover time reserved and preparation completed. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, a $75 rescheduling fee may apply and is subject to availability.
In the case of severe weather or an unexpected emergency, cancellation or rescheduling fees will be waived, and I’ll be happy to work with you to find the best next steps.
Retainer
A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total shoot fee is required to officially reserve your event date and time. This retainer secures your spot on my calendar and is applied toward your total investment. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. Because your date is held exclusively for you, the retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Travel Fee
Event coverage includes travel within a 50-mile radius of Jacksonville, Florida. For locations beyond this radius, a travel fee may apply to help cover time and transportation. Any applicable travel fees will always be discussed and approved in advance so there are no surprises.

Turnaround time
Final, fully edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within 1–3 weeks of your session. Each gallery is carefully curated and edited to reflect my signature style, with attention to color, consistency, and storytelling. Thank you for your patience as I take the time to deliver a beautiful and complete final collection.
